- Documenting all site activities.
- Reviewing and checking various Equipments recieved at site as per Approved QA plans.
- Ascertaining and creating a Gap analysis with respect to Planned Tools, Tackles, Human Resources, Finance Resources and Schedules v/s Actual situation at Ground Zero.
- Taking measures to bridge the Gaps.
- Generating fresh Scope Change Documents.
- Planning effective safety measures needed during site execution.
- Creating project specific protocol formats.
- Creating and deploying required Logistic, Communication and other Humanitarian needs.
- Deploying best practices in Site Installation Activity.
- Undertaking periodic site services QA checks as per approved QA plans and based on the seriousness of the issues resolve them proactively.
- Providing Feedback mechanism for constant improvements.
